Team Lilac re-enters Avalice in an empty Shuigang, only to find Perfect Sash. here, Milla gives Carrie the last name of "Mei". With Sash distracted, Team Lilac spends the night in the dev menu, taking the time to bond with Carrie. Sash isn't phased, instead taking joy out of the "challenge" placed around her. back in Shang Mu, Sash is led to chase a fake Lilac for a bit, before it disintegrates and the real ambush shows up: Neera and an army of machines, tanks, and mechs. a moment passes, and Neera leaves, convinced. Lilac shows back up, and after a somewhat heated discussion pulls Neera back into the dev menu. the Magister sends an in-palace search party, with Carol and Neera staying in the room to discuss possibilities of what happened. Meanwhile, everyone in the Shang Tu palace's heart skips a beat when Milla discovers Lilac is missing. Lilac agrees to get people on it with machines the feline can provide, and after discovering her lack of a real identity promises that upon their victory, Lilac will find a way to get her back into Avalice, giving her then name "Carrie". the cat is trying her best to help from behind the scenes, but can't with this level of threat uncontained. Lilac calms down after that, and the feline is able to explain herself fully. Lilac remains skeptical of what the feline is saying until the feline is at the threshold of crying. she falls into a higher plane of existence, having accidentally crossing the threshold thanks to an unused character: the blonde black and silver feline. Lilac, meanwhile, is left in a safe room. turns out he's a fake, the real Dail (and Zao) having been "taken" by Sash, who tries to take Milla but instead takes Spade.Įveryone still here re-groups back in Shang Tu, trying to figure out what they can do. Team Lilac, meanwhile, tries to get Shuigang in the loop, only to be met with an unwilling Dail. no one dies, but it's effectively a loss. Neera takes an army to contain the glitch, but Sash proves to be more powerful. Team Lilac tells The Magister what they know of Sash, afterwards enact a plan. Team Lilac and Spade escape, being brought back to Shang Tu. Spade shows up, distracting Sash long enough for her to be encased in a claw by Neera. it transforms into Perfect Sash after tossing Lilac into her friends, and then begins with her delusional demands. they split up to look for Zao, Team Lilac finding the lone Turretus in the palace. They chase it down, only to find a ruined city. Torque is unable to be reached, but they do find Spade, who lets them know about the current direction of the false Absolution: Shang Mu. unfortunately for Team Lilac, the Turretus transforms into the Absolution, which after running for their lives prompts them to try and get more help. Neera's brought back to analyze the specimen herself, which convinces her to get the Magister involved. after Carol finds out touching it is bad (the hard way) and that it's unlike their past Turretuses, they go to Shang Tu to get Neera's help. turns out to be a Tredd, where after they find a mis-colored Snake Mount and a mis-colored Turretus, the latter leaking a strange glitching liquid.
